Herein after referred to as conference.
Thank you for your interest in attending our conference. Before you proceed with registration, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Application to attend
- Delegates must complete an application process to be considered for attendance at the conference.
- The conference organisers will review all applications and reserve the right to select delegates based on their qualifications, relevance to the conference theme, and availability.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the conference.
- The conference organisers reserve the right to decline or reject any delegate's application for attendance without providing a reason for the decision.
- The decision of the conference organisers regarding the acceptance or rejection of delegate applications is final and not subject to appeal.
Registration and payment
- All delegates must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
- Payment must be made in full within 30 days of registration. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card payment. Registrations made within 30 days of the conference must be made immediately by credit card.
- The conference registration fee is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in case of cancellation.
Attendance and participation
- Delegates should actively participate in all scheduled sessions and activities.
- Delegates must wear the provided conference badge at all times during the event.
- Badges are non-transferable, and delegates must not share their badges with others.
- Delegates are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously towards other participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference without refund.
- All conference materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Delegates may not reproduce, distribute, or share conference materials without explicit permission from the conference organisers and the respective authors.
Anti-Competition
We encourage open and collaborative discussions at our conference, fostering knowledge sharing and networking opportunities. However, we kindly request that all participants adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a fair and professional environment:
- Participants should avoid engaging in discussions that promote anti-competitive behaviour or violate antitrust laws.
- Avoid any discussions that may lead to collusion, price-fixing, bid-rigging, or any other practices that could harm fair competition.
- Respect for integrity an ethical conduct
- Discussions should always maintain the highest level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Avoid any discussions that may involve or encourage unethical practices, bribery, corruption, or other unlawful activities.
- Professional and constructive engagement
- Engage in discussions with professionalism and respect for diverse viewpoints.
- Encourage constructive feedback and exchange of ideas, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Avoid Defamatory or Offensive Language:
- Refrain from using defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate language during discussions.
- Respect the views and opinions of others, even if they differ from your own.
- Focus on Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:
- Prioritise discussions that contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and cooperation among participants.
- Seek opportunities to collaborate and build meaningful connections with fellow attendees.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations:
- Discussions should always be in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.
- Report Unacceptable Behaviour: If any participant observes behaviour that goes against these guidelines or raises concerns about misconduct, they are encouraged to report it to the conference organisers.
By participating in discussions at the conference, attendees agree to adhere to these guidelines, promoting a professional and respectful atmosphere. The conference organisers reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including removal from the event, against anyone found in violation of these guidelines. Photography and Recording
- Photography, video recording, or audio recording of conference sessions or activities is generally not allowed without prior permission from the conference organisers.
- If allowed, any recordings should be used for personal purposes only and not for commercial use or distribution.
Liability and insurance
- Delegates are responsible for their personal belongings during the conference.
- The conference organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during the event.
Changes and cancellations
- The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, speakers, or venue, if necessary.
- In case of cancellation of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers will provide refunds with the exception of force majeure, factors outside of the organisers control.
Health and safety
- Delegates are responsible for their own health and safety during the conference.
- Delegates must follow any health and safety guidelines provided by the conference organisers or the venue.
Privacy and safety
- Delegates' personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with the conference's privacy policy.
By proceeding with the registration process, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the delegate being asked to leave the event without refund.
